Highly sensitive children are those who experience more deeply, empathically and emotionally what happens to them and that surrounds them.

They are introspective, adept observers and tend to be more easily overloaded by intense stimuli; they often have strong emotional reactions and moments of closure.

If welcomed, listened to and valued, they will show remarkably effective aspects of their sensitivity, such as the ability to perceive and cope with others' emotions, the ability to find creative solutions to problems, and to tune in to environments, animals and people in a way that very deep.

In my professional experience - between clinics, school projects and seminars on hypersensitivity - to date I have met many adults, many parents, and many children who have recognized themselves in this characteristic and who thanks to this awareness have been able to understand and manage aspects your own or your child in a completely new way.

This book is aimed primarily at parents and educators, has a theoretical but above all practical, to recognize hypersensitivity in children and enhance it in the best way.

At the same time it can be useful to every HSP, to recognize himself and to review his own story with a new perspective.
