We know the authors: Elena Lupo

Elena Lupo is a biosystemic psychologist and psychotherapist, a highly sensitive person, she founded in 2014 a project to disseminate knowledge on the national territory of the studies of Dr. Elaine Aron regarding this trait.
Its goal is to spread a greater culture of highly sensitive people in Italy to help them understand each other, accept each other and implement strategies to better experience this characteristic.
Since 2016 she is the first and only Italian hypersensitivity expert in the international list of HSP Comfort Zone as: “Licensed Therapist HSP-knowledgeable”.
